2. Offered Services and Products

Through the website, the following services and products are available: design, manufacturing, and sale of dog sports obstacles; custom 3D design services; production and sale of 3D printed products based on orders. Important: No direct online purchases or payments are made on the website. Product orders are made through quote requests.

3. Quote Request and Order Process

  1. The user contacts the provider via a quote request form or email.
  2. The provider prepares a custom quote based on the requirements.
  3. Acceptance of the quote is considered an order.
  4. Production of the product begins after the quote is accepted.

4. Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer to the account provided after accepting the quote, or in cash upon personal collection, based on prior agreement. Payment terms are always specified in writing (via email).

5. Fulfillment, Delivery, and Collection

The fulfillment time of ordered products is subject to individual agreement and is determined during email correspondence. Products can be collected in the following ways: home delivery via postal service or courier; personal collection at a pre-arranged location and time. In the case of personal collection, cash payment on-site is possible.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Since the ordered products are manufactured individually, the buyer is not entitled to the 14-day right of withdrawal according to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) Section 29 (1) c), which states that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to the consumer's specifications.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

The ordered products are subject to statutory warranty rights. Warranty claims can be reported to the provider via email. There is no defective performance if the defect results from improper use.

8. Complaint Handling

The buyer can report complaints related to the provider at the following email address: contact [at] sunshayn-dogsport [dot] hu. The provider will respond to complaints in writing within 15 days.

9. Data Management

Data provided during orders are treated confidentially by the provider, not shared with third parties, and managed according to applicable data protection laws (especially GDPR). A detailed privacy policy is available in a separate document.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law. In case of disputes, the parties will attempt amicable resolution; failing that, the competent court will proceed.
